From the licensor: "I captured this Delicate Devil as it ghosted across Crooked Creek Cove on Lake Keowee (South Carolina) in the early morning mist. I could see it coming as it was about 40 feet tall and about 5 feet wide, really cool to witness.
Reminiscent of Dust Devils, Delicate Devils sometimes form as the sun burns off the mist creating rotating eddies, lifting the mist into a spinning vortex. Along with the original untouched footage, I include one version with the glare reduced for easier viewing."
