Info from Licensor: "A woman was crossing the street through traffic and didn't look to see if cars were coming. After navigating two lanes of traffic she fell while trying to rush across the remaining two lanes, almost going under the wheels of an approaching van. Luckily the driver applied the brakes and stopped in time."
