Info from Licensor: "The incident took place at 9:56 am on the I-70 Eastbound. I stopped to see if the driver was ok. He said that he was taking a sip of coffee and blacked out. There just happened to be a nurse practitioner driving by that stopped and instantly began medical diagnosis."
