Info from Licensor: "I caught a vehicle in front with 4-wheel drive towing a car with a trailer. I noticed a loose strap flapping under the trailer. Every so often it would get caught under the tires and seemed to undo it further. We entered the 50 km zone and I tried to get the drivers attention by flashing my lights and sounding my horn. As we exited the town and the car accelerated up a hill I hung back to watch the car being transported come crashing off the trailer. There were no injuries and everyone is okay. Please always remember to always check your load!"
