Info from Licensor: "I was about to enter the 405 South when traffic slowed and I saw a man walking down the middle of the freeway. The man was wearing hospital scrubs. I slowed down and drove closer. When I was directly parallel to him, I saw that his head was covered in white bandages and tape. His left hand was covered in white bandages and tape. In his right hand was a knife. His eyes were closed as he was walking. I was in shock. I captured him in my driver's side mirror as he became smaller and was engulfed in the noonday traffic. I exited the freeway and parked. I called 911. 911 transferred me to CHP. CHP said that it was not a prank, he was mentally ill and that they picked him up and brought him back to the hospital. That's all they could tell me."
