Info from Licensor: "I was driving on freeway and exited by mistake. I then got back on the freeway and I noticed a CHP officer was slowing traffic down. I tried driving ahead of him, but was stopped by him. When the officer came to a complete stop, I decided to start recording with my phone, not knowing there was a man on the bridge threatening to jump. 2-3 seconds after I started recording, the man jumped."
