Info from Licensor: "The Fan-Throated Lizard (Sitana Ponticeriana) is a species of agamid lizard found in India. The species is found mostly on the ground in open ground patches. When disturbed, this lizard sometimes runs with a bipedal gait. Gular appendage tri-colored blue, black and red; this appendage is more developed in the breeding season, as can be seen in the video. The male develops this color only in the breeding season to attract the female for breeding. Sometimes fierce battles ensues for acquiring the female. The breeding season lasts only for 25 to 30 days usually in the month of June."
