Occurred on July 8, 2018 / Ontario, California, USA
Info from Licensor: "I went to the local Walmart and as I came out walking to my car my daughter said I think I saw a baby in the back of that car. I went to the vehicle to observe the inside of it. I then noticed there was a toddler in the backseat in her car seat asleep. I ran quickly inside the Walmart to notify management to call 911. I asked the manager to call over the speaker and I looked into the backseat again and noticed there was an infant in a carseat also. Around 10-12 mins the Ontario PD arrives. They observed the vehicle and called the Ontario Fire Department. Then out of nowhere, the mother walks up with no fear or worry that her kids were unattended in a hot vehicle. I kept recording as the police spoke with the mother and after awhile the ended up placing her in hand cuffs and taking her to jail."
