Info from Licensor: "After the first 5.0 magnitude earthquake was over and my son finally took a nap, I was ready with my camera if another earthquake was going to hit. Sure enough, just minutes later, this massive 6.9 magnitude quake came by surprise. The last big quake to hit Hawaii was in 1975 which was 40 years ago. This is an was a scary experience and one I would never want to go through again. As the house shook uncontrollably, I grabbed my son as quickly as I could while we were just about to take a nap. I was thinking that the quake was going to ease up until the second massive jolt scared the heck out of me. The power went out for 45 minutes before finally turning back on. And after shocks still shacking the island into the night. Over 200+ quakes have been recorded, and continue to shake the big island today."
