Info from Licensor: "During northern winters it is cold and snowy. Gravel is spread onto roads and parking lots to aid in traction for vehicles. Each spring after the snow has melted the gravel is left behind. It is then brushed into piled then picked up and carted away to clean the roads and parking lots. I was watching this happening and thought that it looked like the building was on fire when the cloud of dust enveloped it at each pass of the brush. I was filming it because it looked great. Shortly after I heard sirens and the fire dept arrived on scene. Seems that someone driving by thought the building was on fire and called 911"
