Info from Licensor: "As I was behind this car, I noticed the driver throw trash out of his window. I placed the item under his windshield wiper and stated 'Don't litter' in a non aggressive, monotone voice. Over 30 seconds later, he gets out of his car and proceeds to lose his cool."
