Info from Licensor: "I’m a pastry artist, and for my mom’s birthday, I wanted to surprise her with a truly special dessert. I designed and crafted a couture-style dress cake inspired by delft and blue willow china, which she used to collect. The entire cake was edible, including the mannequin, which I cast in chocolate. The flavors featured layers of chocolate, caramel, and espresso, enhanced with a Bailey’s caramel Irish cream syrup. I decorated the cake using a variety of techniques and mediums, including chocolate ganache, Italian meringue buttercream, fondant, and royal icing, to create an intricate and whimsical design."
