Occurred on January 5, 2025 / Indianapolis, Indiana, USA Info from Licensor: "Customer had an over weight bag and needed to rearrange her bags but wanted to staff to do it for her because she had 2 kids and and dog. She proceeded to yell at them calling the women the 'C' word and the African American women the 'N' word. The police did come and I could hear her screaming as I was walking to my gate."
