Info from Licensor: "Penelope Deer lost her mama when she was a few days old. She was rescued. The voice is that of her mama, Laura Maxwell Murnane. We talk to Penelope frequently and she loves human interaction. She has no fear of humans. She is as tame as our dogs. She is very intelligent, caring and opinionated. Penelope is one of several other deer who live on the farm. She has a state permit in Ohio. All deer are permitted and are part of our sanctuary and farm. We have a 501c3 called Trooper’s Friends. We advocate for handicapped deer and for deer who are too tame for the wild. Penelope continues to enjoy her field and home. The outdoor porch is hers and she loves her couch! Since this video, Penelope has gone on to make many additional videos with her mama."
