Info from Licensor: "We were forced to evacuate with no notice from our apartment in Asheville NC. My girlfriend 2 dogs and cat were able to get out safely before the water got too deep. We luckily had a big hill behind our apt to move the cars and animals to and came back down to watch how quickly the water had come in."
