Info from Licensor: "Video was filmed outside of the Brookglenn neighborhood located in La Porte, Texas at 11 AM. A pipeline exploded leaving an odorless gas to push out creating a long lasting fire. The cause of the explosion is believed to be a passenger vehicle that broke through the fence surrounding the pipe and, on impact, it began to release fumes. As of 11 AM the following day, the fire is still going but significantly smaller. The initial disbursement of fumes began around 10 AM on September 16th, the valves for the pipes were located and shut off a few hours later and the pipe is continuing to release the gas that was in the pipeline until it runs empty and the fire diminishes. With houses a few hundred feet from the fire, there have been a few homes that have lost their roofs along with a now burnt down playground adjacent to where the fire started. So far no casualties but cases of injuries to a few firefighters. Spencer highway to Fairmont parkway and Luella to Canada road have had their neighborhoods evacuated due to the smoke fall and rising temperatures. The surrounding neighborhoods have been without power since the fire erupted and many people have been displaced."
