Info from Licensor: "There was a huge queue of traffic and eventually caught up to the culprit. She ran out of fuel and was blocking a lane. Tried to get it going with the fuel I had, but it wasn't enough. I ended up pushing it up a slight gradient. It was exhausting, but, thankfully, my bike was still there by the end of it."
