Info from Licensor: "So this happened at the Woodlands Boulevard Mall in Pretoria. Where I wanted to use the restroom and I wasn’t aware of the adjustments that were made to the bathrooms in the attempt to make them more hygienic. So I really needed to pee and I think that’s why I couldn’t figure out how the toilet cap worked. It took me almost 30 seconds to figure out how to open it."
