Info from Licensor: "This is the 4th year my father has had to rescue ducklings that have hatched on a high balcony in Salford Quays, Manchester UK. The first 5 nests over 2020, 2021, and 2022 were all on his 9th-floor balcony. This year, they nested on a second-floor balcony, still with no access to the water due to walls and a wire fence! This year, like the previous three years, Dad has lowered the ducklings down to the ground in a bucket and made sure that the family got to the water safely. Lowering them down in the bucket means that the bond between duck and ducklings is not broken, as they can all hear each other, and escorting them through an apartment, long corridor, a lift, etc would be far too stressful for the ducks (and probably Dad!)."
