Info from Licensor: "My girlfriend and I went to Dauphin Island to take pictures of us for our coming out for pregnancy. When someone approached us talking about a gator just off the shoreline. We quickly walked down to where it was spotted. Sure enough, a reptile was just basking in the sun and waves. He would wash up to shore every 30-40 yards or so where you could see him clearly. We decided to follow it so we could warn beachgoers who were walking the shoreline with their kids. Until I realized enough people were watching it that we could go back to our stuff. We followed it for 3-400 yards when we decided to go back. Never thought we would have seen an Alligator on the beach. Especially one that never hissed charged or acted aggressively. Seemed like he was just curious as to where he was and enjoying the new view. My story with the Gator ended at that point. I do not know if the Sea Lab sent anyone out or if they just let it do its thing. Happy to hear nothing crazy happened with the many of people that were out on the beach that day."
