Info from Licensor: "When I got to the red light, there was a red SUV inside the Phantom Fireworks store. I didn't see how it got there. I saw a white work truck and a car pull in and then back out towards 192. I then saw a red and a green spark, which was the beginning of the fire. The end result was total destruction of the building. Two employees escaped out the back door, the driver of the SUV did not survive."
