Info from Licensor: We were doing some tree trimming at a customer's house. The homeowner was very curious about how we do our job and wouldn’t stay out of the work zone, even when asked several times. One branch we cut accidentally caught on to another branch and was flung 20ft away from the drop zone towards the customer. It was a close call but no one was hurt!
