Info from Licensor: "While driving in traffic on De Bleury street during heavy rain, my spouse caught on camera a manhole cover lifting repeatedly in the air, by itself. Cars on the street were avoiding it. We suppose that the movement of the cover was caused by air pressure in the sewers below."
