Info from Licensor: "I was riding shotgun getting ready to take over after my codriver delivered our load about a mile from here in this large industrial area in Perris, CA. To accommodate semi trucks needing to make wide turns onto the more narrow intersecting road, the far right lane (which does allow right turns and continuing straight) of this main road was made wider so trucks can hug the left side of the lane just as this truck did to swing wide enough to avoid the trailer striking the signal poles. It was actually much easier to see in person than it looks on video but the turn signal on the back of the trailer was flashing. The car was speeding but did slow down when approaching the truck, so god knows how they didn’t realize the truck they were about to overtake on the right was in the same lane with its turn signals on."
