Info from Licensor: "This is located outside of city limits in Texas where feeding deer is not illegal. It is a gated community where deer are commonly feed by residents. Shooting is not allowed in this community. My sister found the buck in her garage and called me over. I noticed him looking in the trash, so I felt bad because I thought he was hungry. My sister suggested I grab an apple or pumpkin, so I did just that. At no time did I feel threatened or scared, although I know at times they can be aggressive. We later learned that when my sister stated the deer is 'feral' she meant the deer is in 'rut' which is the period when deer become more active and mate."
