Info from Licensor: On Thursday 9/9/21 2 pm, I just started a Zoom meeting while our 2 dogs were napping on the sofa. My husband went to the kitchen for some water and suddenly saw a huge bear in the pond. He quickly closed all doors and alerted me, I then looked to the window on my right side which is next to the fountain. I saw this big bear pushing herself out of the pond and walked towards the retaining wall trying hard to getting her big body up the wall. I haven't noticed any bear visits since April so her presence was a great surprise to us.
