Heard some screams, look from my balcony about 100 meters a mother and baby at the edge of a building. (11 floors) Mother seem to be suicidal dangling new born baby over the ledge. Traffic stop still as police and firefighters try to reason with the mother. Finally a rescue captured on camera happen when a policeman in civilian clothes jumped the woman grabbing baby and mother. Other rescue personnel jumped to the rescue. After rescue shots of mother arrested, baby, police, traffic and crowds.
