Info from Licensor: "I was about to leave my work when I sighted this unknown event at around 3:00 pm Manila time. I was so amazed and puzzled at the same time and didn't know what was happening. I immediately took out my phone and recorded it. This only lasted less than a min I think but my phone died hence the length of the video."
