Info from Licensor: "My flight was delayed on Spirit Airlines out of LAX Labor Day weekend. They updated us about every 20 minutes that we were still delayed. This woman became irate with spirit employees at the gate. She was putting on a show the entire afternoon, being loud and boisterous and crude to spirit employees and other people around her. She said because she bought her ticket back in March and that she had some sort of entitlement. She started escalating, so I decided to take a video just in case something happened. There are three video clips that I was able to capture, one was of another person telling her to calm down and she escalated more. She threatened to step on this person‘s phone, so they flipped her food out of her hands, and she physically attacked them. The person that confronted her filed a police report with the LAPD and decided not to press charges because they wanted to just go home. She was able to board our flight because our gate was changed, but was removed. She was asked to identify the person she had a conflict with and she pointed him out and said, 'This motherf---er right here.' Unfortunately, I was not able to get that on camera. The flight attendants were not having it and she was removed from the plane. Our delay was for about five hours."
