Info from Licensor: "Got hit with some plastic under covering that came flying into my car. I’m not sure which car that plastic under covering came from, but if you slow it down you can see the person in front of me drove over it, sending it flying onto my car. The video doesn’t make it look that bad but it hit the hood and windshield on my side pretty hard. Everything is okay, but there are now some scratches on the hood which can’t be buffed out."
