Occurred on February 5, 2017 / Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Info from Licensor: "I was driving northbound on Neilson Road in Toronto, Canada and I stopped at the traffic light of the highway 401 eastbound exit. While waiting for the light to change, I watched as a car made a left turn onto the northbound lane, but lost control and almost side swiped the person standing on the sidewalk. Luckily the pedestrian was agile and was able to jump out of the way, but it was pretty close. After the light turned green, I moved forward to make sure everything was OK and I noticed the driver opened the door and handed something to the pedestrian. Finally when the pedestrian walked back, I checked to see if he was OK. He was shaken, but not hurt".
