Occurred on June 16, 2020 / Hartford, Vermont, USA
Info from Licensor: "After a shopping trip gone wild, on the on ramp to go home, we see a strange small tire rolling down the highway attached to nothing. Then we see it roll into the brake down lane and actually hit a car(pulled over for the whatever reason) right in the rear. Afterwards, we get to the Quechee Woodstock exit 189, and find this guy going 70mph in a truck towing a boat with NO tire! Now, the loose tire we saw makes sense. I don't know what’s going on, but that’s all within the same 10 minutes!"
