Info from Licensor: "Our son Branson and Thanos have a very special bond. Ever since we brought him home, it was love at first sight. They cuddle and sleep together all the time and are the best of friends. Branson underwent a skull reconstruction for Craniosynostosis 6 months ago. He was asking for a puppy, and we surprised him with Thanos. They both have had some medical challenges. I truly believe they were meant to find and be with each other. They both sense and know they needed to be together."
