Info from Licensor: "My neighbor's neurotic chihuahua named Hector does not like me and flashes his chihuahua smile whenever I approach him. I thought it would be funny and clever to take advantage of this and make it appear as if he was smiling for a picture. Since I knew he would eventually snap at me if I got too close I figured I'd take advantage of that and make the 'its a video not a picture' joke as I got too close. Though I only expected him to bark at me and not to jump off the couch and charge at me, so the fearful reaction at the end was actually genuine and not planned."
