Leaving McDonald's, when out of nowhere this guy is on this electric wheelchair in the middle of traffic, on the city's busiest road. There are plenty of obvious sidewalks and crosswalks for him to use but he decides that is not for him. Screw crosswalks, this baby's got 12 volts of pure power!".
