Info from Licensor: "This video is of me getting clamped in a place that I have parked for nearly 12 years with no issue until now. My son is in the back of the car crying as this is going on. I would have accepted a parking ticket from a Guard. I just objected to a random man with hidden signs extorting vulnerable people for money. I am a peaceful man thankfully and managed to avoid the situation escalating out of control. This method of traffic control needs to be banned in Ireland as it has been in many countries already due to it amounting to criminal extortion, harassment and in most cases breaches of the peace."
