Info from Licensor: "We rode our bikes up to a bridge that was getting ready to raise the opening. Two Ladies that clearly chose to ignore the lady in the bridge's control room. The one lady finally stopped but didn't move while the other lady kept walking. She held up the bridge while the control operator became very concerned. She not only held up cars on either side of the bridge but boats too. The lady walked slowly across the bridge and were not phased one bit with what the draw bridge lady was saying.
