Info from Licensor: "I saw three figures all in costumes going down a Hammersmith and City line tube in London between Aldgate East and Whitechapel stations. The first (seen in the video) was a huge, grotesque figure, and they were followed by two other people in costumes - one with a hessian sack for a mask, another was playing a bagpipe made from a plastic bag. There were plenty of other people on the tube, all of whom were quite puzzled by the whole experience. I've been living in London for almost my entire life and haven't seen anything like it."
