Info from Licensor: "I was doing my normal nightly Lyft driving, when I got a ping from the Sam's Town Casino in Shreveport, Louisiana. I travel to the pick up location, and see two well-dressed individuals (appear to be wealthy) approach my car and ask if I am their Lyft Driver. (Prior to the approach the woman sets down an alcoholic beverage before approaching the car, the man still has his in his hand.) I let them know I am.
I politely ask the man to discard of it, as it is against Lyft ToS as well as Louisiana law for open container. I called Lyft Support, The passenger(s) were banned from the platform and charged a small cleaning fee."
