Info from Licensor: "This video was taken on 28 April 2019 in Britannia, Ottawa. The rapids are the Deschênes Rapids. The water is the highest they have ever been. Also, there was a ban on watercraft with a $5000 fine. Not sure who is on the jetski. After making it through the rapids, they continued up the Ottawa river."
