When we obtain licensing rights from an original videographer, we ensure that they have the necessary authorization, including the rights to all appearances, for the clip.

If the original videographer cannot provide these rights, we do not include the clip in our video library for licensing. All clips marked as "cleared" in our library have gone through our clearance process.
